LMIB at SCSO 2025 - Showcasing Innovation in Spatial and Multi-Omics Research
October 01, 2025
We’re pleased to share that our lab contributed to the SCSO 2025 conference in Leuven, where our colleagues Ceyhun, David, Maria and Jelle presented our findings through their respective posters on:
- Data-driven experimental design and analysis for targeted spatial transcriptomics
- Automated characterisation of subcellular mRNA localization patterns using spatial transcriptomics and deep neural networks
- Integrative transcriptomics reveals dynamic shifts in oligodendrocyte and OPC activation states in ALS
- LipoGrid: A multi-omics platform for the systematic dissection of lipid metabolism via genetic perturbations
Additionally, Nacho gave a talk titled “An AI-based approach to better understand the interplay between different spatial omics layers.”
Many thanks to all collaborators and LISCO - KU Leuven Institute for Single Cell Omics!
